Hi crew - GF is very nice - we're loving it! I know there's a way to do this (by installing the "members only" plugin - but it would be nice to be able to give "editor" level access to the "entries" without having to install another plugin ;)

Cheers, Mark.

Set Default Date
Set Custom Date Range
Auto-format phone number for submitter
(Why is Input Mask for Phone enabled for Single Line Text and not the designated Phone “Advanced” Field?)
Also having the pop-up calendar embedded into the form with the selected date highlighted would be nice.

I have reviewed numerous requests and several promises of incorporating WYSIWYG functionality in the Gravity Forms plugin in the 'near future':

2009: http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/editor-integration

2011: http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/add-tinymce-paragraph-text-option#post-32691

2011: http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/a-visual-editor-in-gravity-forms#post-35243

but I can't find any mention if this has been included in your roadmap, yet.

Given the newly introduced WP 3.3 wp_editor api function for use in the front-end:

http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_editor#Change_Log

I would imagine this should be much more readily available to you now.

This would be a wonderful Advanced option for the POST FIELDS > BODY field type, especially - please let me know if you are planning on incorporating this in the near future, or if you would consider 'farming this out' to a third-party developer to create an add-on for you - it would appear that there is obviously a demand for it.

Please advise, thanks!

About a month ago I asked whether it was possible to terminate form processing prior to attempting to write an existing entry after editing. The problem is that if there are unique fields in the form, the write fails because GF assumes that we're always adding data. I want to be able to use a form for editing entries as well as adding them. The response I got was apparently considered the final word as the topic was closed, however, the response missed the point.

In a nutshell, the response pointed me to another thread in the forum that refers to a means of automatically removing the entry after it's created, rather than aborting the form process before the write happens. This doesn't work for editing for what should be obvious reasons.

What I need to be able to do is call up an entry, edit it, and save it back to the database using a GF form. Is this possible? If so, how would I work around the lack of editing capability in GF?

GF badly needs the ability to use the same form for adding, editing and deleting entries, IMO. Please consider adding this capability in a future version.

Hi Guys.. I wanted to submit a feature request where we can set up IP restriction.

The problem is that I use gravity forms for collecting leads in return offering a report in pdf format. While I can set restriction to prevent duplicate emails, I see that most of my leads (rather some competitors) make use of different email address to download the report.

It would be great to have IP restriction put in place. Im sure besides the above scenario, lot of other uses for gravity forms could also benefit from this feature.

I would really like a option to be able to add an image next to a field, this would make it easy to add a help icon next to the field with a relevant tooltip to go with the image.

Hi,

I see you have a newer version of Gravity Forms, I was wondering if this version will allow us to integrate Infusionsoft with Gravit Forms?

love the 1.5 updates...

2 suggestions if possible to add to future releases:

1) When editing a form, on the right column, below the add fields, can you put the update form button too...on really long (multi-page) forms, for every little change, we have to scroll all the way down to update the form. the "add fields" is always visible, so should the update form button.

2) Can you make it so we can click and drag fields from the add fields column to the form. the way it is now, it adds the new field all the way at the bottom of the form...so on really long forms (multipage), we have to add the new field, and go to the bottom, and drag it up to where we want. It would save a lot of time to be able to drag the new field from the right column onto our form.

Thank you for a great product.

Hi guys -

Just a humble feature request. I consistently find the AJAX form submission to be a pretty uncomfortable UX experience. The scrollTo is a little too jarring and disorientating. I usually find myself digging into your plugin every upgrade to change the

jQuery(document).scrollTop(" ... ")

lines in
form_display.php
to something like

jQuery('html, body').animate({scrollTop: ...}, 250)

I think it gives the user a little more context as to what they're seeing after the jQuery submission and in fact like to back them up a couple dozen pixels from the top of the form anyways.

I guess I could argue for changing that code completely, but I suspect there's some browser compatibility issues or such that need to be observed, so I think just adding a filter to the
$scroll_position
variables on lines 552 & 553 in
form_display.php
would be easier and more flexible anyways.

Thanks for listening - and keep up the great work.
