Hi,

I am curious if you are aware of https://stripe.com? It would be an awesome payment option to add in addition to PayPal & maybe Google Checkout. Is this something that is feasible?

Thanks!

First of all, I'd like to say thank you for making Gravity Forms. I've been using it for more than a year, and can honestly say it is one of the best WordPress plugins.

Here's an issue I'd be grateful to have some insight on:

I'm building a multiple page form. I would like to have a javascript alert to confirm that a user would like to leave the form page before submitting the form. This alert would need to display when the user closes the browser tab, clicks on a link to go to another page within the same tab, closes their browser application, etc. In other words, I just want to ask the user "Are you sure you want to leave this page before submitting the form?"

I'm no expert when it comes to javascript, but I've done a bit of Googling/RTFM'ing on this subject, and have come across quite a few example code snippets, such as:

http://www.openjs.com/scripts/events/exit_confirmation.php

I want to double check that using the above javascript (or something similar) will not conflict with any javascript that the Gravity Forms plugin is running. My Wordpress site's theme is Thesis, so it's trivial to paste in some javascript specifically for the form page.

Is there a better way to do this type of alert, as opposed to the script I linked to above? I know jQuery is great for cross browser compatibility, but I don't want to run into any conflicts with Gravity's js...

Thanks in advance for your help and advice.

Hi,

I'm interested in using this product to create payment forms for a limited number of products on a website. I'll take care of the SSL certificate, but I'm curious to know if this can handle credit card validation, by making sure the format is correct? Not actually validating live cards.

Plus, I'll be using this for client websites, is there a way to give permission to view the data collected, but not necessarily the access to edit/break forms that have been created?

Plus just one quick piece of feedback, it's a shame the forums and documentation are limited to paying customers only, it makes it difficult to understand what the product is capable of without asking for help here :)

Thanks!

Conditional email notifications would be great! Have had multiple requests for that feature, but alas, it's still "future." Count me in as another request for this feature!

Keep it simple at first? Have the conditional email requests a function of just one radio button field. So a single input field drives the logic, and to keep it simple, have only the message field in the autoresponder be the variable output, since we can already customize the heck out of the message with HTML.

My two cents. Keep up the great work...

Hello,
Ive read some older posts from over a year ago and not sure if this has been updated since..

Any way to restrict file upload sizes? When people try to upload images that are too large it fails to post the image but still creates a post.

Thanks

Since gravityforms doesnt rename files with special hyphenated characters, these are saved in the filesystem with wrong encoding thus resulting different filenames in the filesystem and in the database. I have tried to rename the $_FILES[n]['name'] but it does not alters the saved filename for some reason.

Any ideas?

I was wondering if there is any way to make a form that functions as simply this:

https://img.skitch.com/20111217-bjqw4hr4wur4fxe6r8sgqpcnee.jpg

And a way to add that in a widget.

Basically, have a normal donation box that will work as a one-time donation, but have the option to make that amount a subscription.

It would be great to set up a single question with a list of items on the left and options across the top.

I'd like to have a list of different activities with "How Often" radio buttons for each. This can be done currently listing each as a separate question, but I'd like to do it in table/matrix format, covering many options within 1 question.

Thanks!!
