I have Version 1.6.4.2.1 of gravity forms installed and Version 1.1.2rc3 of User Meta Pro installed. I doubt there will be a difference with the pro and the free version. I assumed I had changed something, the theme or plugin, and that it had caused the problem but I didn't get around to investigating until now. I found the conflict pretty easily.
