Then, I click on add a Mailchimp feed, select the Mailchimp newsletter list, then select the appropriate gravity form. It only seems to occur when I visit the URL address, but not when I click to it from a link. After some testing I discovered it is conflicting with the W3 Total Cache plugin. It's a password protected site, username: betatest, password: password<br /> The form works, the confirmation is perfect, the emails are sent to the buyer and seller flawlessly — the first time an order is placed. I've implemented a RESET button to clear the form, but all the values are stored somewhere and every subsequent order placed from that user is added on to previous orders.
