Adding quanitity, prices, special offers, etc

    I have a client that would like me to recreate this form but have everything done automatically:

    http://artsonstageny.com/reservations

    The form just has to be easy for the user. The shows can be prefilled but can the time, date, plus quantity of teachers, students, etc, be added together. Then that should give a price. Then the prices should be added for a grand total.

    Here's an added kicker, for every 20, one is free.

    Can this be pulled off?

    This doesn't look like something you will be able to do with Gravity Forms out of the box. It's going to require customizations to implement. It also doesn't support doing pricing and calculations the way this example does. So Gravity Forms is probably not going to be the right solution for what you want to do at this time.
