  2. Have you recently upgraded either Gravity Forms or WordPress? What versions of both are you using? Has anything else changed with your set up recently?

Is this a large form? What is the actual error you're seeing? Can you share any additional information?

As most users are not experiencing this issue, it is likely related to your specific situation. It could be a plugin or theme conflict, or resources on the server, incompatible versions, etc. The more information you can share the more we will be able to help you troubleshoot.

Can you add a simple new form without a problem? Do you have trouble adding any particular types of fields to a new form?

  3. I'm having a similar problem. I just purchased and installed Gravity Forms. I can create a form and use it just fine. However, I accidentally added one too many fields and I cannot delete that extra field. The message I get is "Ajax error while deleting field."

    My versions:
    Wordpress 3.2.1
    Gravity Forms 1.5.3
    php 5.2.17
    Memory limit 64MB (39MB used)
    Theme: accent

Thanks for any help you can recommend.

  5. Usually this is related to a PHP memory issue. You can increase the memory of your WordPress site using instructions found here: http://www.nerdgrind.com/increase-wordpress-and-php-memory-limit/

Let me know how that goes and we can take it from there.

  6. That solved the issue. Weird, I have used FireHost and Gravity Forms many times and I have never ran into a memory issue with them out the gate like this.
