are these available with the personal basic form of Gravity forms?

I'm trying to create an interactive form for my personal website. One where I'll be able to put in a question and have the option of using radio buttons, check boxes, text boxes, and then some sort of a submit button where at the end of the form, the response will be emailed to me. I plan to put two different forms in the website which is hosted by GoDaddy.com. Does the Personal Gravity Form reach these simple functions or no? My initial problem was that I created a form but it isn't compatible with all pdf files like preview, adobe, openoffice, etc. it would only work for certain programs and not for others so I was hoping that gravity forms would solve my problems. Can you help or give any further advice?
