Hi - please could you tell me if your contact form has an autoresponder facility as a client has requested this - so when a user submits a form - it sends them and email with a message saying something on the lines of "thanks for submitting the form - we will be in touch - blah blah" - and any other information they want to put in there .

Yes, Gravity Forms does have autoresponder functionality. It can send an email to both the user and the admin, each of them customizable.

Hi - Quick question - is it possible to add a downloadable file to the autoresponder to use the form for lead generation? Our client would like to have an email with a PDF sent after a user completes the form.

There's no way to attach a file to the confirmation message. The best way to accomplish this is to simply include a link in the autoresponder message to where they can download the PDF file.
