Can the user registration generate passwords.....

    Also can the user pick their password. Also once they gave login can you direct the to a certain page.

    With the User Registration Add-on users can either enter their own password or a password can be auto-generated for them. You can decided this when creating the User Registration feed. The User Registration Add-on does not handle logging the user in by default, but WordPress provides a default widget for the login form which I believe supports redirecting the user after they login.
