    I cannot modify current forms or add new field or even add new form
    Click on new field and doesn't do anything
    Any help will be appreciate it.

    Not sure where tw-sack.js is coming from. Can I please have you try the following steps to see if there is a plugin/theme conflict that we can isolate?

    Turn off "Attracta" in your website control panel and I believe you will be able edit your forms again.
