    Is it possible to have a button that says ADD field, and then the person submitting the form has another field to add data.

    example

    ingredient 1 <ADD ANOTHER>

    No, this isn't a supported feature. Dynamic field creation isn't possible using Add/Remove type functionality.

    Right now you cannot do this with the available tools, you can only use conditional logic to show/hide additional fields by adding all of the fields to the form and then show/hiding them via conditional logic.

    We do have plans for new fields in the 1.5.3 which will make use of this type of functionality. We will be implementing a list/table/datagrid field which lets users add additional rows of data to the field.
