I ended up purchasing the developer version and I'm glad I did because it integrates seamlessly with WP and the fact that this version has an unlimited number of uses even makes it better. I love the simplicity of the admin user interface and the convenience of creating a form. I see myself using this a gazillion times. I look forward to future releases.
