File Upload Field not showing

    This may be related to a particular computer but a client of mine does not see the browse/choose file button when he looks at a form on a Mac with Chrome or Safari. I see it in all browsers on a Windows machine. Any ideas?

    It's going to be isolated to their machine for whatever reason.

    Chrome OS 10.7.4

    Safari OS 10.7.4

    Firefox OS 10.7.4
