Had gravity form working well on test server. Site going live to real server. All working well until I put in my license key on the new site and Bam! no form anymore. It was a long form with many fields and it will take me hours to recreate - is there any way to recover it or copy over from test server?

Form has disappeared when site goes live from test server

This issue has been resolved via another request. User re-installed Gravity Forms and imported the forms via XML and it worked. Data was probably corrupt when he migrated the database from one server to the other.
