We want to offer our members the ability to create and print a 3-Day Notice to Quit while at the same time allowing users to browse the historically accumulated list. It would look like this.
The user would fill in the blanks in a form. Upon submit the database would be populated and a PDF form would appear filled in with the fields furnished by the form. The user would be able to save and print the PDF.
Other users would be able to search the database for entries made by fellow users to see if the tenant applying to rent has any 3-Day Notices filed on them.
