How Can I Replicate This Form With Gravity Forms?

    Hi,

    Can I replicate this form:

    .... with Gravity Forms and what steps do I need to take?

    Step by step instructions would be ideal, but I'll take what I can get. :)

    This will be much easier in 1.6 with the new list field (to create the table "Quantity, part number, description." 1.6 is scheduled to be released Tuesday Nov 1.

    Other than that, the top section and bottom comments box are easily accomplished using Gravity Forms in its public release 1.5.3 as it is right now.

    This new release will be available today?
    I do see a Beta release: Gravity Forms v1.6 Release Candidate 5

    Is that the one you referred to?
    Or will there be a non-beta release coming out today?

    The actual 1.6 release should be out today, while you can download and install the RC, since it's so close you might just want to keep checking back periodically for the official release.
