For a client, can only submit one application form, if it confirm your details, previously registered already in 2 fields from another form.
Example:
"How do I get the fields 1 and 2 of the form id: 22 may only be filled if they match a user already registered in the form: 1 id with the fields id: 20 and id: 72?"
