How can I display the advanced name field with first and last name fields vertically aligned, instead of horizontally (side by side)? I can't use the simple name format with the advanced name field because the plugin here (Gravity forms for Highrise) doesn't work using that option. It must be the normal name format option with the advanced name field.

The form shown in the link above is using single line text fields for first and last name, but those don't work with the above mentioned Highrise import plugin either.
