How to pass a value from a link to a form field?

 1. I would like to create a staff page that would have a link email me this would put the email address of that particular staff member as the contact address. Each staff member will have a link going to one contact form(page). So I am not sure where to start with this. I don't know what URL to use and how will the name gregg become the email address. This sounds like it would be simple. But not sure where to go. To summarize single contact form for multiple contacts using link to assign the contact email.
