I'm looking into buying the developer license of Gravity Forms, for the PayPal integration. Is it possible to have two different payments amounts, and a user is directed to one of those depending on a multiple choice answer he chooses.
e.g.
Multiple Choice question
Are you situated in:
UK (tick box)
U.S (tick box)
Depending on which option the person chooses on the form, they are directed to different PayPal page (each with a different amount to pay).

Yes, this is possible. They wouldn't be directed to a different PayPal page. They would be directed to the same PayPal page, just different product information would be passed to it. You would use conditional logic to show/hide the appropriate product fields.
Please note if you are referring to different currencies, no. You can only have one currency configured at a time. It's a site setting, not a form setting.
Having just purchased a Developer's License, I too am rather perplexed that "currency" is not a per form variable.
Can you provide me with some kind of forecast on when you think this feature might be added?

No update on when this will become a per-form setting rather than sitewide setting. All the add-ons are due for a round of updates in the very near future.
