PluginBuddy Shortcode Not Functioning Properly

I am trying to figure out a way to get protected digital downloads on my site. Per the recommendations on other threads here, I've downloaded this plugin:

I'm seeing that the latest release of GF can support shortcodes. Unfortunately, this is all I see when I got to use the Amazon S3 shortcode in the "Notification to User" email.

Can you help? I have tested this on Chrome and Safari. Mac OS X, Mountain Lion.

Are you saying the modal window is blank when you go to insert the Amazon S3 URL? If that's the case, be sure you are up to date with WordPress and Gravity Forms. If that is true, please check for plugin and theme conflicts by following these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing - thank you.
