Product options default to select all and cannot deselect

    I've set up a form with:

    Hidden product fields
    A hidden total field
    An options field

    However, when using the form all options are selected by default and cannot be deselected.

    The site is: http://www.fleursflorist.co.uk

    The form is attached to all products.

    If you unhide the product and unhide the total, does your form display correctly?
