The submit button on this multipage form is not working. I've tried it with and without AJAX.
The simple contact form works fine though - http://francisbond.com/contact/
PHP Version 5.3.15
MySQL Version 5.1.55
WordPress Version 3.4.2
Gravity Forms Version 1.6.7
I just tested this form on a clean install of WP with the default template and it still doesn't work.
Is there something obvious that I'm not doing?
I just went through all 9 pages and was able to submit the form without a problem using Firefox 15.0.1. There will be a test submission from me.

I was testing with the current version of Chrome (OSX 10.8)
It tested again with Safari and Firefox and it worked fine.
Any ideas why Chrome is disabling the submit button?

This issue seems to be ongoing - but only on the web briefing form.
My simple enquiry form is working fine.
Any ideas what might be going on?
Is it possible that total cache or my CDN could be causing issues?
