Unable to edit forms

    Hi guys,
I'm having problems editing my forms, looks like some kind of conflict or js/jquery error. I'm running GF Version 1.6.8.1 on WP 3.4.2.

This is what I see http://cl.ly/image/090g0d3D0F27

When I hover over a field nothing happens, can't edit it. Even the arrows on the right "widgets" don't work, the widgets don't collapse.

I read the FAQ and many of other threads, but i couldn't find anything exactly like my problem. I could edit my forms with the same theme before one of the latest update.

Here's the only error i get in Firebug when i load the admin edit page of GF:

    ReferenceError: wsdPassStrengthProvider is not defined
    _wsdPassStrengthProvider = new wsdPassStrengthProvider($);

    Thanks in advance!

  2. I'm having the exact same error.

  3. From the error it appears to be a conflict with the WordPress Security Scan plugin

I would reach out to them to see what the error is about.

Hi there, I'm a new Gravity Forms user and I'm having a similar problem (but I don't have WordPress Security Scan installed). I'm unable to edit the form I previously created, and when I try to create an new form, I can place down modules but can't move them, and the scrolling becomes messed up (I tr try to scoll down but the page jerks me back up immediately)

Update: Ok, there's an intermittent issue with Widgets too. Can't drag widgets -don't know if this is related to Gravity Forms.

I've identified the culprit in my case: "Limit a Post Title to X Characters" - deactivating this plugin appears to return Gravity Forms to normal.

  7. I'm having this problem too and so disappointed now I have to hunt and peck for the culprit. Already Gravity was causing problems - like why do field outlines appear in Firefox but not Chrome? The form is unusable as is.

Can I please have you try the following steps to see if there is a plugin/theme conflict that we can isolate?

    http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

Gravity Forms uses your theme as the basis for CSS and only adds rules on top of that. Having different colored fields usually means that your theme didn't include CSS specific for that field type, but it did for another.

  9. Aha - it was the Fluency Admin plugin. Thanks for the tip!

Any ideas why single line text fields appear "missing" on Chrome and Safari (due to no border) but on Firefox, the border appears.... ? The borders also appear on Chrome in form PREVIEW mode but not on a live page.
