Using Notification to respond to query

I'm sure this must be possible, but I want the notification email I receive when someone fills out my form to be addressed from them, and when I reply, this goes to the email address they provided. Can I do this?

  2. In the administrator login screen, you can select the email the user submitted in your form, from a drop down. The drop down will only show email fields which were added to your form, so be sure you're collecting the email address with an email field.

You can do the same thing for "From Name", "From Email" and "Reply To". These settings are all available in the administrator notification area on the notifications tab for every form.

  3. Thank you for the reply! In the "notification to administrator" section, the "From Email" dropdown only has one choice: "Email." And this choice only produces an internal email address that is pre-defined, not the customer's email address.

You do have an e-mail field on your form, correct? Also, are you using any e-mail plugins for WordPress that might be overriding your notification settings? I'm closing this in favor of your other thread.
