Variable or hide field

    Hi,
    I am interested in purchasing this product, but need to clarify a question:
    I need to create a hidden variable and assign value to it, as a response to a form field, and the value of this variable is not the answer to that same field. In other words, from a field "radio buttons", I want to assign a second value for each option, the first value is the label (the one that the visitor sees) the second value is hidden (type text), which should be past "via query string" at the end when a URL is redirected.
    It´s possible ?

    Yes, that is possible. It's built in.
