In a form can I have a member post video to my site? I use VideoPress and would like users to create a post that I can moderate. This form/post would be for them to upload video from their computer to me so I can review and approve.

The file upload field will let you you specify accepted file types. You can allow users to upload video file types as well. Of course you may run into server/timeout issues if you're allowing really large files to be uploaded.. just something to watch out for. It's a server limitation, not a Gravity Forms thing.
