1.6.3 beta 1 - minor admin ui issue with conditional logic

    So far the only issue I have come across with the beta is the 'remove this rule' button is dropping onto another line in chrome 16. It seems the middle drop down that houses the is, is not etc rules is slightly wider in chrome than it is in the other browsers, I have checked it in the latest stable releases of safari, firefox, opera and ie9 all of which display ok.
