It seems that I am not able to use a Multi Select field as the 'Conditional Logic' for another field.
What I'd like to do is show/hide a subsequent field based on a particular value being chosen in the Multi Select field.
Is this a known limitation? Will this be addressed before 1.6 Final, or is there a suggested workaround?
This is a known limitation. Conditional Logic right now is only triggered by single field value selections. The Multi-Select isn't the same as a standard select and currently can't trigger validation. It will not be addressed in the v1.6 final.
This is a brand new field type and is primarily designed to be used with it's enhanced UI mode. So introducing the field is the first step and we will look at enhancing it in future releases. Conditional logic is one of the enhancements we plan on making. But rather than delay 1.6 further we decided to omit this feature.
