Can't Scroll to Save Form Button, Can't Minimize Field Dropdowns

  1. Hi,

I've created a video to demonstrate the issue I'm running into. It's not a browser as far as I know, I've tried all the major ones and this persists.

When looking at form fields, ALL of the field options on the right are "maximized" or dropped down, and I can't ever scroll down to the save form option.

I'm guessing this is a known issue, or a conflict with a plugin, I'm looking for coaching on what could cause this so I don't have to go ripping up my site disabling and enabling things looking for the fix.

Please see the short video for context.

  2. Follow up, it seems all the CSS is screwy, or tabs and drop downs are not working.

The Properties, Advanced, and Confirmation are supposed to be tabs?

  3. Unfortunately, you're going to need to check for theme and plugin conflicts as that is what normally causes this issue in the admin. Please use these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing

Any plugin which outputs its JavaScript in the admin can cause this sort of conflict.

  5. Well, I got the plugin identified, and he's been responsive and has basically drilled down the issue to a jQuery problem and states that the conflict is actually on your end.

Any word on getting this conflict resolved?

  7. You're right; this is on us. This will be fixed on our upcoming 1.7 release. We starting to wrap up 1.7 for a beta or maybe alpha release here in the next couple weeks. Thank you for tracking down the issue and reporting it here.
