I'm trying to update the Aweber add-on, but it's telling me I need to register/purchase a Gravity Forms license key.
I already have a license key and it is registered in the Gravity Forms plug-in. Why will it not recognize it? The license not need renewing until later July.

You should be able to download the add-ons manually from GravityHelp.com over in the right sidebar. You might have a plugin/theme conflict causing the issue. Can you test the following - http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict
When you go to Forms -> Settings does the license key input box have a checkmark next to it? Do you have all green checkmarks at the bottom of the settings page?
