CapsuleCRM integration: what license do I need?

  1. Hello -

I installed the CapsuleCRM integration plug in and it seems to be installed fine but it won't authenticate. I am wondering if I need a license beyond my personal license, and if so which one I need!

Any advice much appreciated! thanks, Dave

The CapsuleCRM add-on is not one built by us, and you would have to talk to the original developer. We don't require you to have any special license level to run third party add-ons. Hope that helps.

  4. I also asked about this over at the Gravity forum, and they said :

So then it should run at any license level, so you will have to do more troubleshooting steps with the creators of the plugin to figure out why it won't work.
