Change title of form

    I couldn't find the simple answer in docs or support - for the question: If Title of form = "Contact us - Solar" but as part of shortcode I specify name="Contact us" how come the actual title still shows ?

    So how do I specify a form title/name to be displayed - instead of the actual title ?

    The title in the shortcode doesn't do anything other than make it easier to know which form you've added. You could actually omit the form title from the shortcode and it wouldn't make a difference as long as the form ID is in there. You will need to go to the form editor, change the form title there and save it.
