Check box data missing from form and Email notification ?

    Hi guys... top quality form well worth paying for!

    Anyways.. all is fine and i have the form on a number of sites but just noticed that the check box data seems to always be missing from the email. Cant understand why as doen't show in the online entry on wordpress dashboard either. Everything else transfers over just not the checkbox?

    Help appreciated chaps!

    There is no way to debug this by just looking at the form. We would need a WordPress admin login for this site so we can look at your form setup. You can send this to us via our Contact Us form and reference this forum post.
