Check box exclusive? (select only one choice)

  1. How does one make a checkbox choice exclusive, e.g,. when there are two choices in a checkbox field that are mutually exclusive (e.g., take one or the other but not both) (like which membership plan someone wants to buy)?

(I thought that by definition checkboxes were this way and that's why you had the multiple choice field, but I guess I was wrong--or have I missed a setting somewhere?)

    Thanks

  2. Check boxes are multiple selections. Multiple Choice (think, multiple choice test questions) allow just one choice of many. These are sometimes called Radio Buttons. In fact, the name was changed to Radio Buttons in the 1.6 version which is in beta release now.

To select more than one, use check boxes. One of many options, use multiple choice.
