Clean Installation - Preview Giving me 404

    Hi there,
    I just installed Gravity Forms to my website. No other plugins are running on my site. I started making a basic form with just a Quantity field, saved it, hit preview, and its giving me a "NO RESULTS FOUND" page.

    Am I missing something?
