Combine Radio Button With Dropdown Field

    I was wondering if it's possible to create a radio button list, with a dropdown menu as the first choice and an "Other" text box as the second?

    It is possible to accomplish; however, it would require a good knowledge of Gravity Forms and some experience with it's hooks. If you are not a PHP developer, I would suggest you hire one to tackle this as it could get tricky.
