    I need to pretty heavily customize a forms HTML, including form names, adding HTML5 placeholders instead of labels, and more. Is there somewhere in the plugin I can go to modify this, or do I have to use some jQuery to re-position everything client side?

    There is no way to re-write our form names because we need to confirm that they are all unique or things would break badly. You should be able to give them the data they need the way they want it without changing the form field names.
