Ok , a huge HELLO! to everyone.
I installed GF and setup User Registration form which is working great.
The problem, after setting up the Edit Profile form and testing it...
1) it does not save the updated info.
2) if there is info in the field it is deleted.
3) I can update the info from the admin->user
4) the info is deleted form the database.
5) email is not effected.
I know it is in beta but I need a solution. Please, if anyone can help I will be greatfull. Thank you.
Can you please provide links to the registration form and update form on your site so we can check it out?
Also, what version of the add-on are you using exactly? We have made some bugfixes which have not yet been released and I can send you the latest version if you email me at chris@rocketgenius.com
Also, can you clarify item 3) please? Is that something you can or cannot do now, or something you would like to be able to do? If you can update the usermeta as an admin, how did you show the additional information on the user's profile page?

I sent an email for the updated version. It also contains a username & password for my site.
I am using version 1.5.beta1
Wordpress version 3.5
#3 I was just letting you know that admin->user if working the way its suppose to. I can update the user info as normal.
