    INSTALLED 1.4.3.1: receiving following errors:
    -On most pages:
Notice: Undefined index: page in wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/gravityforms.php on line 364
    -On new form page:
Notice: Undefined index: operation in /wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/form_detail.php on line 14

Tried upgrading to 1.4.5, but still same issue.

  2. These only appear when you have WordPress running in debug mode. They aren't errors, they are warning messages. We will be cleaning up a lot of debug notices in the final release of Gravity Forms v1.5 but won't be updating 1.4.5. To hide the notices you need to turn off debug mode in WordPress.
