    I am having the issue with one of my forms that has always worked, now saying that the form cannot be located.

    This seems to be problem with a lot of people. Have you done an update that is conflicting with the wordpress latest update?

    Is it just one form? Does it work in Preview mode in the back end? Which WordPress version are you using?

    Yes it is any form. It shows in the backend in preview mode but as soon as I add it to a page it shows the error. http://www.desiretoinspirephotography.com.au/gallery/wedding-gallery/#
