export button missing

  1. Hi,
Using Gravity Forms 1.4.5 on Godaddy Hoste Wordpress 3.1. Is it just me but when I go to the Forms>Import/Export and try to export entries, there is no "button" to make it actually DO the export. Shows up on other two exports (Export Form & Import Form) but not on Export. Am I missing something? It's late, but I don't think I'm crazy...

  2. The button to export entries doesn't display until after you select the form you want to export entries for. See the screenshots below.

  3. Uh...yeah. Tried that already. Not a novice user. There is apparently an "error on page" message at the bottom that comes up:

    Webpage error details

    Any more ideas?
    Thanks

UPDATE - Only seems to be an IE 8 thing...tried in Chrome and works....

  4. I can't replicate this issue and nobody else is reporting it so it's likely an issue specific to your site (possibly a permissions issue of some sort). If you send us a WordPress admin login for this site via our Contact Us form and reference this forum post we can take a look and see what is going on.
