    WooThemes Bold News Theme

    Works great in Chrome / Firefox files upload fine

    In IE however (tested in 7, 8 & 9) it wont upload the file - PLEASE HELP THIS IS A LIVE SITE!

    Was this working before and just quit or is this a new form? Also, is the form submitting properly but you're not getting the attachment or is the form not submitting at all?

    Stupidly I didn't test it in IE when we built it. I don't think it was ever working.

    When you get to the second page you are asked it you want to upload a document (non-compulsory) if you try to select a doc from your HDD the form 'freezes'. It does not upload, and will not go forward or backwards, so no submission.

    This is only in IE works fine in Chrome and FF

    Not in IE (as I said works fine in all other browsers, even live with the theme CSS applied).

    It won't even let me move forward a step / page..

    My work around has been to move the file upload section to the previous page, but this is not ideal as it makes for a long page :o(

    Okay, we're looking into it. We haven't had any reports of any other similar problems. Can you send me an XML export of your form so I can test with it? If so, please send to kevin@rocketgenius.com (and please include this thread URL so I can reference it later) and we'll see what we can figure out.

    Yep. There is an option to export the form itself in an XML format. That's what I'm looking for so I can import/test with your actual form.

    Okay, I have imported your form, moved the upload fields to the second page (just after the page break in the editor like your original form) and have tested the form in IE7, 8 and 9 so far without any issues. The form is posting just fine.

    This is running the latest version of WordPress (3.2.1) and Gravity Forms (1.5..2.8) and the default TwentyEleven theme.

    I also tried the upload fields in different positions on the first and second pages and again, can't seem to replicate your issue. It's possible that you're experiencing some kind of theme/plugin conflict. Have you tried testing for conflicts yet?

    Also, did you say that you WERE experiencing the same IE behavior in the form preview window?
