Floating contact button on all pages?

I'm not clear on the terminology you're using. If you want the form to open in a modal dialog window (an overlay) you can accomplish that using a modal plugin light Lightbox or something similar. However, that is not a feature of Gravity Forms. And the floating button to open the form in a modal window is not a feature of Gravity Forms either, and is not related to Gravity forms. It would be a button on your site to open the form.
