Form doesn't appear one page (but is definitely in the source code)

  1. Having a very weird bug on a site for one of my clients. I inserted the form on a page and since the last update, the form has become invincible (just on that page). When I view the source code on the page, everything is correct like it should be.

Also noticed that I can't fill in the other forms...

    Any idea's?

Probably a Javascript issue. Did you recently install a new plugin, or start using a new theme? Check your page for any JavaScript errors. (Sorry, I'm on the iPad, so I can't look myself).

  3. Yes, this is going to be a script conflict.. some other script in your theme is breaking the conditional logic script that powers your form.

You need to test for a conflict and see if you can narrow it down.

  4. Hi,

Thank you for the support. Recently the theme has been updated (also the script file). I haven't used any new or other plugin's since a while for this website so.
Is there someone who maybe can track the problem in this script. I don't know much about scripting myself.
I could send the update files if needed.

Thank you for your support this is very much appreciated.

Have you tried reaching out to the Theme Developer?
