Form Entry Marked Spam. Results?

  1. I'm a new Authorize.net plugin user (have been using GF overall for about a year though) I have a basic payment form setup and working well. But one payment didn't come in after the user notified me. After digging, I found that the form entry was marked as spam. Not sure if it was a WP thing or a GF thing. Anyway, the form was taken in by the system but 1) no email notifications were sent out and 2) it appears the payment was never processed. I assume this means that the entry is pretty much dead? And I should have user repeat it? I've never had this happen, and WP in general has been pretty good with false positives.

    Thanks,
    Blake

  2. David Peralty

Gravity Forms hooks into Akismet or other anti-spam plugins so that entries are filtered, of course this does mean that Akismet will make things as spam that aren't. Please have the user repeat it. If you have any further issues with this, let us know.
