Form not appearing

    I have a form, been working for ages, now just doesn't appear on my page. I have created anyone and it does. I just don't want to have to re-create it. Any ideas?

    Hello David,
    From what I can tell in this short thread, I believe I am experiencing a similar issue. My site is at illinoistechfoundation.org. What is a little odd is that one of my forms definitely does not display on the page but another form does display.

    I have make not changes to either form and believe there were no other edits made. A little strange no? Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

    I see three JavaScript errors on your page. They seem to be related to WP-Minify. Can you try disabling that plugin and see if this form works.

    The simpler form will work because it does not contain conditional logic. The more complex for probably uses conditional logic, or AJAX, and the JavaScript error prevents the form from showing because the required Gravity Forms jQuery can't run to display the form.

    Please try disabling WP-Minify first and see if that fixes things. If not, please check further for theme and plugin conflicts by following these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing
