Form not Loading

  1. Hi

We are having a problem with one of our page. If you log into http://www.2x.com/quote/ there is a Javascript error being generated. We have W3TC installed but and this Javascript error is only generated when W3TC is enabled BUT other forms such as that in http://www.2x.com/applicationserver/download/ work without any problems even though cache is enabled on that page as well. Trying to debug but cannot come up with anything.
    Thanks

  2. Ok, It is definitely a Gravity Forms issue. First I tried inserting a form which works on other pages and the page loaded successfully. Then I check what was different in the form used in http://www.2x.com/quote/ from other forms and it was the conditional logic. I removed the conditional logic and everything worked great. Not sure where the bug is but after I removed the conditional logic, the form loaded successfully.
    Thanks

  3. If a form with conditional logic fails to load, it's normally due to a JavaScript error. Please put the conditional logic back on that form so we can take a look at it and see what the error is and can help you fix it.

Removing the conditional logic just works around the problem. You need to fix the JavaScript error.

Please let us know when you have a form online which has conditional logic and does not work. Thanks.

  4. It is in fact a Javascript error. For some reason though it is only triggered when using W3TC (with minification). We don't really need the conditional logic of the form any more. Since it does not load I don't want to have a non functioning form on our website. Is it possible for me to send you a saved version that we can generate for you? (Use our local version and "save as")

  5. You want to send me a saved version of what?

Minification will sometimes mess up the Gravity Forms JavaScript. If you can exclude the Gravity Forms JavaScript from minification, it will probably work.

You may need to increase the PHP memory limit for your wordpress installation, you can find out how to do that here http://www.nerdgrind.com/increase-wordpress-and-php-memory-limit/

Also you only posted this a few hours ago outside the Gravity Forms teams support hours which are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM EDT http://www.gravityhelp.com/support-times/
