    Hello,

I could not get the form preview working.
But the forms do get displayed when I add them on the page.
Not a big issue, but still want to know why does that happen.

    The form is active.

  2. Hi sriganesh,

This is most likely caused by a theme or plugin conflict. To test for such a conflict you can follow these instructions:

    Thanks a lot.
    Will look into it.

Btw, I want to upgrade my plugin to the developer license.

It has been 11 months since I've had the basic version.

If I upgrade to the developer version, will I be getting only the remaining one month of support or it would be extended for another year?

    Thanks.

  4. If you upgrade your license it will be extended for another year starting on the date you upgrade.
