Received calls from two clients (running different themes) that all of their forms have disappeared from the front-end of their sites. The forms still reside on the back-end.
I believe this is may be due to the latest JQuery update (as I'm noticing that both sites also are missing drop-down menus).
The sites are: resumedeli.com (we have forms on many different pages) and jaliaventures.com (form should be on this page http://www.jaliaventures.com/investment-strategy/submit-pitch-materials/).
Any ideas on how to fix this?
